Tokyu Land Indonesia did the 3rd CSR on 2016 at Pulau Pari, Kepulauan Seribu with the theme “One Spirit, One Team, One Goal”.

Indonesia as an archipelagic country as well as being the country with the second longest coastline in the world (after Canada, source: katadata.co.id), requires its people to continue to be vigilant with all possible disasters that could occur. Especially disasters that occur in coastal areas, such as abrasion of sea water, to the possibility of a tsunami. Several things can be prevented, one of them is by planting mangroves in coastal areas, to reduce the impact that can occur later. This is the background for Tokyu Land Indonesia to continue to have a positive impact, not only for property development in Indonesia, but also for the surrounding environment and surrounding communities. Pari Island was chosen among other island that exist in the Kepulauan Seribu because Pari Island is one of the islands with a high population density among other inhabited islands in the Kepulauan Seribu, and to reduce the impact of sea water abrasion that occurs on the land surface on Pari Island. With the theme “One Spirit, One Team, One Goal”, we strive to continue to make an active contribution to the environment, together, because we believe, a safe society is the first step to achieving a prosperous country. This event can be held with the cooperation between PT Tokyu Land Indonesia with the local government and local community organizations so that it will be more targeted and its impact can be felt directly by the people of Pari Island in the Thousand Islands. This CSR will be an annual event held by PT Tokyu Land Indonesia as proof of our contribution as a multinational company, to environmental preservation and to take part in maintaining the welfare of the Indonesian people.
