Requirment :

  • Male / female, age 37-45 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Have minimum 5 years work experience as 2 years as a Manager in Premium Project
  • Good command in English speaking and writing
  • Have a strong sense of leadership, good working attitude & dedicated at work
  • Willing to work on weekend and public holiday (off days on weekdays)
  • Able to handle pressure from superior and able to handle 10 or more subordinates.
  • Able to coordinate with the Sales Support department, Finance, Legal, and other related departments, and be active to solve any problems.
  • Has experience in handling projects as below:
    • CBD area: The Newton @CWJ2, The Newton 2 @CWJ2, 57 Promenade, Casa Domaine, Verde Two , The Elements, La Vie Suites, South Hills, Pollux Sky Suites, Avania Residence or equivalents
    • South Jakarta Area: Arumaya Residence, South Quarter Residence, Pondok Indah Residence or equivalents
  • Has experience in promotion and other sales supporting departments
  • Has experience in PPJB and or AJB of apartment

Job duties :

  • Manage a team of sales consultants and property agents, communicate, give direction, advise & warning
  • Analyze market situation & make sales strategy
  • Make report about sales progress & situation
  • Create and Coordinate promotion events
  • Handle PPJB and or AJB
  • Follow up troubled customers regarding payment, hand over, and other issues

  • Overseeing the drafting of contracts and providing advice
  • Overseeing response to customer complaints and problem (including lawsuits)
  • Supervise compliance awareness activities
  • Examining legal risks in new business and devising means of implementation
  • Identifying new laws and regulations and considering their impact on business

  • Collect documents needed to issue Purchase Order/Booking Form
  • Follow up customer’s payment condition
  • Record Marketing Gallery visitor data
  • Prepare documents for PPJB signing
  • Monitor use of stationaries, copy machine, MG operational cars
  • Monitor availability of ready units, sold units, units already hand over
  • Create weekly report regarding above matters
  • Handle Marketing Gallery correspondence (to customers, notary, etc.)

  • Create strategy for campaign, engaging content and required posts with the objective of company’s products / services
  • Responsible to maintenance company website, official social media platforms, digital advertising and e-commerce
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Finding, providing creative ideas and coordinating the marketing team in jointly developing and executing marketing strategies for event marketing.

  • Collect & record communication between outsource team and Tokyu Land (Sales Team, Property Management Team, & Construction Team)
  • Manage outsource handover contract, payment, & purchasing (for handover equipment/supplies)
