Tokyu Land Corporation was established in 1953, and to date, we have steadily built up a track record of success. It foresaw the arrival of the “Asian era” early on, and first entered the Indonesia market in 1975. A chaotic social crisis that arose as a result of political instability did not deter it.

Instead business continued, and it contributed to the development of Indonesia by building a cumulative total of more than 5,000 houses for sale. Going forward, Tokyu Land Corporation will continue to face new challenges for the future of Japan and Indonesia.
