  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF (BDS)

    Specific Requirement

    Job Description:

    • Assist BD Manager & Assistant Manager in daily work (regarding administration, budgeting, project company management, permission, design, construction, sales, etc)
    • Processing, filing, arranging internal document
    • Cash management for project company
    • Writing report, minutes of meeting
    • Liaise & coordinate with external parties (consultants, vendors, supplies) & internal parties (Finance Dept, Legal Dept, etc)
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Requirements:

    • Preferably female, age around 25-28 years old.
    • Bachelor degree from Finance, Business Administration, Economic
    • Preferably graduate from top University in Indonesia or overseas (i.e.: UGM, UI, ITB, etc.)
    • Good communication skill, management skill, motivated, hard worker, responsible and able to work under pressure
    • Good command in English speaking and writing (attach TOEFL or TOEIC Score), Japanese language ability is a plus.
    • Able to operate MS Office
    • Have experience in administration field in property company (not necessarily BD Dept; other departments such as property management, HRGA, or Sales Administration is also OK)
    • Interest in Japanese culture, property business and building design is a plus

    Status : Contract one year, will be considered to be Permanent after that

  • Sales Consultant (SC)

    Specific Requirement

    • Male / female, age around 22-35 years old.
    • Bachelor Degree/Diploma from any major
    • Fresh Graduate or minimum 2 years work experience as Sales at any line of business (preferably Property Developer Company, Insurance Company, or Luxury Car Company)
    • Able to operate MS Office
    • Willing to be placed at Simatupang or BSD.

  • Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM)

    Specific Requirement

    • Male of Female with age minimum 40 years old
    • Bachelor degree in accounting
    • Graduate from top University in Indonesia or overseas (i.e.: UGM, UI, ITB, etc.)
    • Have minimum 15 years work experience in accounting field
    • Familiar with audit process
    • Good command in English speaking and writing (attach TOEFL or TOEIC Score),
    • Have work experience in Public Accounting Firm as auditor
    • Have tax knowledge
    • Have experience working with integrated accounting system
    • Have experience in managerial position (supervising subordinates)
    • Have experience working in property developer is an advantage

     

    Job Duties:

    • Review current company cost calculation
    • Consultant to Finance Consultant about application of IFRS 15
    • Make new cost calculation based on new IFRS 15
    • Prepare impact of implication of other PSAK related IFRS 15
    • Prepare accounting system to support application of IFRS 15

  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER (BDAM)

    Specific Requirement

    • Male or Female, 30 ~ 35 years old (born in 1989 or older)
    • Bachelor degree from reputable university (UI/ITB/Overseas)
    • Have experience in project management (real estate/developer/acquisition is an advantage)
    • Have experience in project management
    • Good command in English speaking and writing (attach TOEFL or TOEIC Score)
    • Not open for architect experience only
    • Has experience working in Japan/overseas/Japanese company in Indonesia is preferable
    • Candidate with experience from well-known property company (Ciputra, Sinarmas, Summarecon, Lippo, Alam Sutera, Pakuwon, Agung Sedayu, Paramount, Agung Podomoro, Intiland, Synthesis Development, Metland, APL, etc.) is preferable

     

    Job Duties:

    • Manage development project with existing team under Japanese superior
    • Create & manage cash flow & PL
    • Make feasibility study, investment structure, market analysis, business plan for new investment
    • Coordinate architectural Volumatic study with consultant
    • Create and manage overall project schedule
    • Coordinate with other departments/counterparts (Finance Accounting, Legal, Consultants, etc)

  • CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER (CMAM)

    Specific Requirement

    • No gender preference (age from 32 – 35 years old)
    • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Law from reputable university
    • Has working experience minimum 7 years in Building Construction project as contract administrator, assistant manager or similar position
    • Has experience to review/verify payment invoices from counterparts
    • Has exposure working with/for General Contractor, Property Developer, and/or QS consultant
    • Understand FIDIC (a type of construction contract that is often used in Indonesia)—understand and have exposure is enough, no need to be expert
    • Experience working in construction management field
    • Good command in English speaking and writing
    • Intermediate in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Meticulous person, good analytical thinking method

    Job Duties:

    1. Contract Administration

    • To support manager in generating, analyzing contract requirements/special provisions/terms & conditions, and executing contract agreement in accordance with company policy and appropriate law/regulations. To assist analyzing potential risk involved in specific contract terms
    • Responsible for maintaining file for each agreement (contract, correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedule)
    • Perform contract closing activities as necessary and coordinate with internal departments/counterparts
    • To assist in seeking BOD approval, include preparing the required supporting documents

    2. Invoice Payment

    • Review/clarify any incoming invoice from counterparts, prepare payment voucher and seek approvals
    • Record and monitor progress of construction payments

    3. Responsible to coordinate and monitor the progress of project

    • Support daily activities of Construction Management Department (includes being in project site)

  • CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT STAFF (DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (CMS)

    Specific Requirement

    • No gender preference (age from 26 – 32 years old)
    • Bachelor degree in any major (Economics is preferable) from reputable university
    • Has experience as document controller in Building Construction project
    • Has experience to review/verify payment invoices from counterparts
    • Has exposure working with/for General Contractor, Property Developer, and/or QS consultant
    • Familiar with project management
    • Proficient typing and editing skills
    • Good command in English speaking and writing
    • Data organization skills
    • Meticulous person, good analytical thinking method

    Job Duties:

    1. Document Control

    • Responsible to prepare, manage, and file documents (archiving, updating, duplicating, and organizing all documents)
    • Manage the flow of documentation within the given project/team (to ensure all documents are accessible by and distribute project related copies to internal teams)Perform contract closing activities as necessary and coordinate with internal departments/counterparts
    • Contact counterparts as needed and retrieve files/information as requested by internal teams.
    • Create templates for future use

    2. Invoice Payment

    • Assist to review/clarify any incoming invoice from counterparts, prepare payment voucher and seek approvals
    • Record and update construction payments record
    • Monitor flow of construction invoice payments, schedule & due date of payment and any outstanding invoice

    3. Others

    • Support daily activities of Construction Management Department both in project site and head office as needed

  • PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STAFF (PMS)

    Specific Requirement

    • Preferably female, age around 25-27 years old.
    • Minimum Diploma 3 degree from any major
    • Have minimum 1 year full time work experience after first degree
    • Good communication skill, management skill, motivated, hard worker, responsible and able to work under pressure
    • Good command in English speaking and writing (attach TOEFL or TOEIC Score), Japanese language ability is a plus.
    • Able to operate MS Office

  • Finance & Accounting Staff (FAS)

    Specific Requirement

    • Male, >23 years old
    • Minimum 1 years experience in accounting field
    • Experience in developer accounting field is an advantage
    • Have sufficient tax knowledge and familiar with audit process
    • Familiar with accounting system and Microsoft office program
    • Have a good command of English
    • Status: permanent after 3 months probation

     

    Job duties :

    • Record payment transaction to accounting system
    • Preparing data for cost calculation
    • Preparing data for monthly financial repot
    • Input project transaction to system
    • Input payment transaction to system

  • Finance & Accounting Staff (Cashier) (FASC)

    Specific Requirement

    • Female, 23 years old or older
    • Bachelor degree in accounting
    • Minimum 1 years experience in finance work or cashier
    • Familiar with Microsoft office program & accounting process
    • Honest, accurate and pay attention to details
    • Have a good command of English
    • Experience in developer Accounting field is an advantage
    • Can work overtime
    • Status: permanent after 3 months probation

     

    Job duties :

    • Planning of weekly and monthly cash payment
    • Prepare payment application document
    • Filling voucher payment and receipt
    • Handle bank reconciliation process
    • Input cash transaction journal
