TOKYU LAND INDONESIA is a member of Tokyu Land Holdings, one of Japan’s leading general developers. TOKYU LAND CORPORATION’s relationship with Indonesia began in 1975 with a landed housing project in Bandung and expanded to Jakarta in 1981. Since then, we established PT TOKYU LAND INDONESIA in 2012, with BRANZ BSD and BRANZ Simatupang as representative of projects and have supplied over 7,000 units of housing, including landed houses and condominiums. We are proud to say that we are one of the oldest major Japanese developers to have established a presence in Indonesia.
In the past, we have faced various challenges, such as the political instability, the Asian currency crisis, and the global spread of the Corona virus. We have overcome these challenges and built up a track record and credibility in Indonesia. We believe that the strong relationship of trust between Indonesia and Japan, and the support of the Indonesian people, are the foundation of our long-term business here in Indonesia.
We will start handover of the BRANZ Mega Kuningan project, a mixed-use condominium, serviced apartment, and retail development in 2024. In addition to continuing condominium development, we will also expand our leasing, real estate financing, and property management businesses as comprehensive real estate company. We will continue to develop our business in Indonesia with enthusiasm and put down roots in this country, with our corporate stance of aiming for a sustainable society and growth while facing various problems through creating and providing new value to Indonesia by fulfilling the needs of Indonesian customers with high quality Japanese product.
