Acara ini diselenggarakan oleh Junior Chamber International (JCI) Nusantara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan tema inspiratif \u201cSetiap Langkah Berarti\u201d, Walk for Autism diselenggarakan pada 28 Juli 2024 di Kawasan Senayan, Jakarta, dan berhasil mengumpulkan 1.000 peserta untuk berjalan bersama anak-anak autis. \u201cWalk for Autism\u201d dirancang untuk mempertemukan keluarga, sahabat, dan pendukung anak-anak autis dalam satu hari penuh keceriaan, solidaritas, dan advokasi. Acara ini menampilkan jalan santai sepanjang 2,5 km, dimulai pukul 06.35, dilanjutkan dengan serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk penampilan dari individu autis, seperti penampilan band, dan stan edukasi yang menyediakan informasi tentang gangguan spektrum autisme (ASD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai penyelenggara utama acara ini, Junior Chamber International (JCI) Nusantara, menyampaikan antusiasme mereka: \u201cKami sangat senang dapat bermitra dengan berbagai perusahaan untuk \u2018Walk for Autism\u2019. Acara ini tidak hanya menggalang dana penting bagi program kami, tetapi juga membangun komunitas yang lebih inklusif di mana setiap orang dihargai dan didukung.\u201d Tujuan acara ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang autisme, cara mendeteksi autisme sejak dini, dan cara menanganinya secara optimal pada tahap awal.
