  • Bulk Sales Consultant (BSC)

    Specific Requirement

    • Male / female, age around 22-39 years old.
    • Have experience in B to B sales in property developer company, preferably apartment, with price range minimum IDR 1 billion
    • Able to understand basic English
    • Able to operate MS Office

     

    Job Duties:

    • Assist Sales Manager to handle bulk sales customer
    • Find their own customer and make bulk sales transaction
    • Maintain & update data base for bulk sales customers
    • Handle agents that have inquiries about bulk sales
    • Prepare bulk sales presentation & market analysis
     
    Placement : Head Office (The Plaza Office Tower 19th Floor)
    Working Hour : 8 – 5
    Off day : Weekend
    Status : 2 years contract

  • Property Management Deputy Manager (PMDM)

    Specific Requirement

    • Male with age minimum 40 years old
    • Bachelor degree from any major
    • Graduate from top University in Indonesia or overseas (i.e.: UGM, UI, ITB, etc.)
    • Have minimum 15 years work experience in property management company (must include apartment management), especially at start of operation time, including vendor planning, energy planning, preventive maintenance planning, SOP maintenance, permit process, service charge & sinking fund calculation
    • Sufficient English to do Indonesia – English translation and vice versa, for example for SOP or government rules document (attach TOEFL or TOEIC Score),
    • Can operate MS Office (word, excel, power point)
    • Good communication skill

     

     

    Job Duties:

    • Assist Property Management Manager’s activity (making policy of PM Department, budgeting, internal coordination, etc.)
    • Monitor and manage project operation
    • Create and execute improvement to work more efficiently
    • Assist Manager in educating and coordinating PM Assistant Manager & staff
    • Proposal and involvement for new project

    Working Hour : 8 – 5
    Off day : Weekend
    Status : permanent with 3 months’ probation

  • Sales Consultant (SC)

    Specific Requirement

    • Male / female, age around 22-35 years old.
    • Bachelor Degree/Diploma from any major
    • Have minimum 2 years work experience as Sales at any line of business (preferably Property Developer Company, Insurance Company, or Luxury Car Company)
    • Able to operate MS Office
    • Willing to be placed at Simatupang or BSD.

  • Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM)

    Specific Requirement

    • Male of Female with age minimum 40 years old
    • Bachelor degree in accounting
    • Graduate from top University in Indonesia or overseas (i.e.: UGM, UI, ITB, etc.)
    • Have minimum 15 years work experience in accounting field
    • Familiar with audit process
    • Good command in English speaking and writing (attach TOEFL or TOEIC Score),
    • Have work experience in Public Accounting Firm as auditor
    • Have tax knowledge
    • Have experience working with integrated accounting system
    • Have experience in managerial position (supervising subordinates)
    • Have experience working in property developer is an advantage

     

    Job Duties:

    • Review current company cost calculation
    • Consultant to Finance Consultant about application of IFRS 15
    • Make new cost calculation based on new IFRS 15
    • Prepare impact of implication of other PSAK related IFRS 15
    • Prepare accounting system to support application of IFRS 15

  • Tax Staff (TS)

    Specific Requirement

    • Male, 24 - 33 years old
    • Bachelor degree in finance/accounting
    • Minimum 2 years experience in tax field
    • Have brevet A & brevet B
    • Familiar with Microsoft office program & tax system (e-filling, e-billing, etc.) accounting process
    • Understand tax flow
    • Able to operate e-faktur & e-spt
    • Have a good administration skill
    • Have a good command of English
    • Experience working in property developer is an advantage
    • Can work overtime, adaptable with tight schedule
    • Hardworking, honest, tenacious, responsible, cooperative

     

    Job duties:

    • Recapitulate monthly withholding tax (WHT)
    • Process payment and report monthly tax (VAT, etc)
    • Handle VAT tax reconciliation for monthly tax payment
    • Monitoring VAT transaction (for TLID & Building Management)
    • Build good relationship with tax office

    Status : Permanent with 3 months of probation
